2019 IDCCA CHAIRS’ BRUNCH: ILLINOIS DEMOCRATS GET BIG THINGS DONE

In less than one month, thousands of grassroots Illinois Democrats will descend on Springfield for the largest IDCCA Chairs’ Brunch in our association’s history. With U.S. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi as our special guest, the annual Chairs’ Brunch continues to grow into a premiere destination for national Democratic leaders and influencers because, let’s face it, Illinois Democrats Get Big Things Done.

Welcoming Speaker Pelosi to the Chairs’ Brunch is a real honor for Illinois. As our 2019 special guest, Pelosi is the highest-serving elected Democrat to ever attend the event and her timing couldn’t be better for Illinois Democrats who have shown that our party’s “Big Things Agenda” is restoring midwestern progress.

The theme of the 2019 Chairs’ Brunch is, “Illinois Democrats Get Big Things Done” because, in just the first few months of Governor JB Pritzker’s administration, state government has advanced the most aggressive agenda in modern history. The IDCCA and our guests are ready to celebrate the successes of a principled, disciplined balanced budget, a well-overdue infrastructure investment program, a responsible approach to cannabis legalization and securing the individual rights of our state’s residents.

With the 2020 election already underway, Illinois Democrats will need to be ready to help change the state constitution, establishing a fair tax that asks the state’s richest residents to contribute a fair amount to help grow the state. In addition, many of our state’s strongest leaders will need the support of thousands of determined Democrats to become re-elected.

Don’t delay in securing your spot at the 2019 Chairs’ Brunch to be held on Wednesday, August 14th at the Springfield Crowne Plaza. To purchase tickets and/or sponsor this event, click here now.

Speaker Pelosi is appearing at this event only as a guest speaker. Speaker Pelosi is not asking for funds or donations.
