From local school boards to members of Congress\, Illinois has the second-highest number of LGBTQ+ elected officials in the country. Mike Simmons\, \nand Special Guest U.S. Rep. Eric Sorensen. \nTuesday\, June 16th at 5:30 PM \nLocation: Sidetrack \n(3349 N. Halsted St.\, Chicago) \nDPI is collecting items to benefit the Center on Halsted Gender-Affirming Clothing Closet and Food Pantry. We are seeking new or lightly used clothing\, toiletries\, and ready-to-eat\, non-perishable food items. Please note that there is a specific need for clothing in sizes large and above. \nPlease inquire for additional sponsorship opportunities. \nRSVP for this event is required.
