Dem Party Chairs’ Mourn the Passing of Friend Randy Gori

SPRINGFIELD, IL –Illinois Democratic County Chairs’ Association President Kristina Zahorik today issued the following statement after the tragic passing of Leadership Circle Member and Edwardsville attorney, Randy Gori.

“Everyone at the IDCCA is devestated and shocked at the loss of long-time friend, Randy Gori. His compassion for helping his community extended well beyond the Democratic Party. He was very active donating his time and energy to improve the lives of his community. Randy was much more than a lawyer. His generosity and compassion were endless.

Randy supported countless Democratic candidates and causes throughout Illinois. He was a true believer in Democratic values. He served as a Precinct Committeeperson in Edwardsville and as a member of the IDCCA Leadership Circle. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Randy’s family, friends, and the Madison County Democratic Party.”
